These terms govern your use of Beat Packager. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Beat Packager organizes audio files you select into downloadable beat packages. You are responsible for reviewing the output before sharing it. The service does not grant you rights to music or create a license between you and an artist.
Your files and account
You retain your rights to files and content you provide. You must have the rights needed to use and share them, and must not use the service for unlawful or harmful activity. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Audio is packaged in your browser; your selected audio files are not uploaded to Beat Packager for packaging. If you choose the optional Gmail draft feature, your ZIP is sent directly from your browser to your selected Google account.
Plans and payment
Free accounts receive three exports per month. Pro provides unlimited exports while the relevant plan is active. Monthly and six-month plans renew automatically at the displayed price until canceled. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for access during the lifetime of the Beat Packager service; it does not promise that the service will operate indefinitely. Prices and taxes are disclosed at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment and billing. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a recurring plan through Manage billing in your account or through the link in Paddle's receipt. Cancellation prevents future renewal and generally leaves Pro access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests follow our refund policy and applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts for misuse. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated effective date; where required, we will give additional notice.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beat Packager is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for lost profits or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited by law.
