Beat Packager collects only the information needed to run accounts, exports, billing, and support. This page explains what happens to that information.
Information we collect
When you register, we store your email address, a password hash, account and email verification status, and timestamps. We record export counts and subscription status to enforce plan limits. If you contact us, we store your message and any email address you provide. Standard service and security logs may include technical request details such as IP address and browser information.
Audio processing
Audio selected for packaging is processed in your browser and is not uploaded to Beat Packager for packaging or stored in our account database. The ZIP you create remains on your device unless you choose to send it elsewhere. If you use the optional Gmail draft feature, your browser uploads the ZIP directly to Google using your authorization; Google's privacy practices then apply.
Payments and email
Paddle handles checkout, payment details, taxes, invoices, and buyer support as merchant of record. We receive information such as transaction, customer, and subscription identifiers and status to grant access. We do not receive your full card number. Resend delivers account verification and password reset emails. These providers process information under their own privacy notices.
Why we use information
We use account data to provide and secure the service, verify email addresses, reset passwords, calculate free usage, grant paid access, respond to support requests, detect abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where required by law, the basis is performance of our agreement, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or your consent for optional actions.
Retention and sharing
We keep account and billing records while needed to operate the service and for applicable legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes. Support messages are kept as needed to respond and improve the service. We share data with infrastructure, email, and billing providers only as needed for these purposes or when law requires it. Providers may process data in other countries.
Your choices
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by emailing aomingda@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or billing reasons. You can manage billing through your account or Paddle and revoke optional Google access through your Google account. We use essential session cookies to keep you signed in; no advertising cookies are required for the service described here.
